Christmas in the Village

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be in a Hallmark Christmas movie? Our Christmas in the Village committee works hard all year long to raise funds and plan for our Annual Celebration. Christmas lights, burning barrels, ice sculptures, Christmas trees, and more that creates a ambience of what the christmas spirit is all about.

Firemen’s Memorial Festival

Join us is for Michigan’s annual firemen’s Memorial located in Roscommon. The Michigan Firemen’s Memorial features a wall listing the firefighters who died while protecting the communities they served. After the memorial, all are welcome to attend the festival portion of this event. Parade, music, food, foam pit, bounce houses, live demonstrations and more.

RocktoberFest

ROCKTOBERFEST 2025 : We will have food trucks, beverages, a heated beer "tent" for sampling craft Michigan brew and domestic beers, wines and ciders, and live music for dancing or just listening.

Shamrock Drop

Count down to 2025 at the premiere of our New Year's Eve Shamrock Drop Celebration! Presented by the Village of Roscommon & NuCraft Metal Products. This event is FREE and open to all ages. Dress up and dress warmly to enjoy music and community!

Select businesses will be open for food, drinks & merch--or bring your own Roads will be closed during the event in front of the Village Hall at 702 Lake St. Public Restrooms will be open at the CRAF center and the Village Hall.
