Tom Barber has the CGR (Certified Graduate Remodeler), a member of Green Build Michigan, and C.A.P.S. Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist, trained in the unique needs of the older adult population, assisting with aging in place modification and solutions to common barriers. The CAPS program addresses codes and standards, remodeling expenditures and projects, product ideas and resources needed to provide comprehensive and practical aging in place solutions. A member of the Tri-Lakes Home Builders Association.
